  • Bladeguard Veterans

    Finished 6/25/26. No airbrush on these guys, all hand brushed. Overall, really like how they turned out. The ivory is a bit brighter than my other Deathwing models, but I like it. Had these models sitting in my back log for a while, but after I won my first game of Combat Patrol with them, I decided to have them finished up.

    There’s some sloppiness here, especially in the eyes and basing, but my goal for this year is to Slay the Gray. Especially since I just bought City of Ash and the Armageddon box sets.

  • Skaven Grey Seer

    May 2026. One of the last models I painted for the Skaven Spearhead. (full image of the spearhead to come next. Experimented with air brush for the glow of the base, and I dig it a lot. That being said, I’m really hit or miss on the Skaven models. Some are really fun to paint, but others, like this one, are pretty boring for my style.

  • Skaven Rat Ogor #1

    May 2026. I dunno. I both kinda hate painting these guys and kinda love them. The green crystals are fun, and while I don’t love the skin, I think it does look good.

  • Skaven Clanrat Champion

    May 2026. A local-ish game store is doing an AOS escalation league, so I decided to dive all into finishing up my skaven. This one is not the last, but I feel soooo much more confident about this one than the previous models I did. Very clear improvements over the older ones.

  • Nundam #2

    April 2026. Honestly, my favorite faction to paint is still the Battle Sisters. Really fun model to paint, but I’m still feeling like I want to get as much painted as possible as opposed to spending a lot of time on a single model. In the future, it’ll be fun to do a really good squad of Nundams.

  • Zerglings! Batch 1 of 4

    Late March 2026. That’s right, I was able to get the LAST Starcraft box set from Adepticon. Adeptacon? Trying to speedpaint these guys when I want a change from my ongoing projects. They’re pretty fun, but just tyranids.

  • Poxwalker? #1

    Early March 2026. More from the Darkwater box set. I really didn’t like painting these guys…. glad I bought the Maggotkin spearhead after this!

  • Dark Angel Hellblasters

    Early March 2026 – Fully testing out the airbrush here. Spent a lot of time on the blasters themselves, and don’t super love the glow effect…. but it’s fine for a first attempt.

  • Noise Marine #1 – Test Model

    Finished 2/15/26. I really love the color scheme of Emperor’s Children but holy shit do I hate painting noise marines. I don’t know why, but this model is theoretically cool but is a huge pain to paint for me. Give me a million Khorne Berzerkers over one of these guys.
